1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Astrosimple, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must have reviewed these Terms.
3. The service
Astrosimple is an entertainment app that provides astrological interpretations. It is not professional advice of any kind. Do not rely on it for important decisions.
4. Accounts
You sign in using Apple, Google, X, or TikTok via Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Astrosimple offers an optional Premium subscription billed through Apple In-App Purchase with monthly and annual options. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple. Pricing and free-tier limits may change with notice in-app.
6. AI-generated content
Some content is generated by AI. It may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use it for entertainment only.
7. User content
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a license to use it only to provide the service. We do not sell your data.
8. Prohibited use
Do not use Astrosimple to harass others, attempt to compromise our infrastructure, or scrape data programmatically.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
