Data Deletion
Astrosimple has no user accounts and no server of its own. The birth data you enter and the charts built from it are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. We never receive them, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
Delete one profile
- Open Astrosimple and go to the Profiles tab.
- Open the profile and choose Delete.
- The profile and everything computed from it are removed from the device immediately.
Delete everything
Delete the app from your iPhone. iOS removes the app's storage together with it, including all profiles, settings and reading progress. If you use iCloud or computer backups, older backups may still contain a copy of the app's storage under Apple's terms until they are replaced.
Crash diagnostics
If the app crashes, an anonymous crash report (device model, iOS version, app version, stack trace) may be sent to our crash-monitoring service. It contains no birth data and no account identifiers, and is deleted automatically under that service's retention period. It cannot be tied back to you, so there is nothing to request.
